Do any of you get bit much? I don't see many post were someone has been. I have year old oke. I have never been bit. He/she is very gental and very calm.

Brought blood from around my finger nail.
I got a nice bite from one of my females while removing eggs from her laying box. She didn't like me invading her privacy.
had a few hatchlings bite me.
Not to make it sound like I have overly defensive snakes, though.
I can and do handle all of my corns without worry.
They are calm and easily handled it is just something that is going to happen on occaision.

My corns are pretty gentle. I've had a few young ones bump me, but no penetration. Now my boa's another story.

Never bitten, but i have been struck at. About four months ago i was in a hurry on feeding night. I didn't wait as long as i usually do to remove Kula from his/her feeding container. I moved in slowly but as i touched him he struck out at me. Apparently didn't have his mouth open as all i felt was a thump on my wrist like i was poked with a finger. No hissing or tail rattling; i didn't jerk and gently picked him up and returned him to the tank a few seconds later.
