Needs work. First, cover the top with plexiglass or a piece of plywood. The screen top is letting all the heat and humidity escape. Then add atleast 6 inches of diggable dirt or cypress mulch. Don't use that organic stuff they sell at walmart.
Next, put something that will retain heat under the basking light. A block of wood or a brick will work.
That almost looks like my daughters chameleon set up.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
I think im gonna go with the aluminum foil. I have this rock under the basking spot it absorbs heat pretty well. For the bedding im gonna use regular soil.On the right side of the tank i have a little log hide that my sav loves to sleep in. Does it sound good. I am gonna post updates.

This may not be the best, but it's proven to work for me. Once they outgrow it I simply move them into a bigger cage with similar setup. I have my little nile I hatched in it now. But it has worked for many different species.
You can substitute the furnishins for whatever fits your citiation. The screen top is covered simply with aluminium foil. I cut out a circle for the dome light. The lid is not snug so it gives ventalation along with the cut out. The bulb used is a 30 watt flood with a 60 degree beam spread. I swap that bulb to a nocturnal 40 watt bulb at night. Substrate is moist coco peat.
