This looks like a candy cane corn snake.
it would be good iof we could see the belly.
Looks like an amelanistic L. calligaster (prairie kingsnake) to me.

Yup. Amelanistic Lampropeltis c. calligaster. albino prairie king.

It looks like a corn snake.....
A couple of you said it looked like a corn snake. True, but that does not make it a corn snake. Look closely at the top of the head. A key to guttata is a spearpoint marking on the top of the head. No mark...no corn. Next, look closely at the blotches. They are not quite like the saddles on a corn. The marks are more like partial bands.
