I live in missouri so when the wheather got cold and dark my beardies responded by brumating, not eating, less movement...i'm worried because it is back in the 70's almost and beautiful days out.( i can even take them outside now) but their eating habits have not come back with all the movement and nice wheather. my beardies are going on 1 year and i know their appetite will become smaller because they will quit growing soon. I have two well behaved sisters in a 40 breeder with good temps and i "poop" them in the bath tub twice a week (always good stools). They use to eat about 1/4 cup of rep cal a day with a little left over (not including water) they are both 20 inches long and use to have quite an appetite. but now they eat several little cernals and thats it, so i bought all new bulbs, checked temps, and read the posts below about getting them to eat again and i know it takes time but the real question is....
Is your beardie gaining the appetite back?
