Breeder Racks question

Hello
I'm in the process of building a breeder rack. I'm going to use melamine and sweater boxes. I have a question regarding the heat source. Where exactly is the heat tape placed? Is it on the flooring sections of each shelf attached to the melamine? IF anyone has pics, I would appreciate it...Thanks

I can't get a pic up right now, because I just fed everyone lastnight and don't want to disturb them. Anyway I use 12 in. wide strips and run them vertically down the inside back of the rack. Hope that made sense and will help. Tom
