Finding these buggers in there land stage in stored prooves to be exceedinly difficult, depening on where you live and you have nice damp forests you can often find them after heavy rains or on foggy days, where I live I usually find them the next morning after we have had thunder storms and such usually crossing roads or crawling around in the moss in the woods, there not easy to miss and they are a beautiful bright orange
.
I live in the mountains of NC and I see Red efts all the time.
I usually find them under rotting logs in the woods near ponds and lakes
