Isis laid eggs today!!

sunfox Apr 28, 2005 05:47 PM

This morning she looked as fat as she always did. When I came home from work this afternoon, I saw that she had thinned out A LOT. I suspected that she had laid her eggs and caught her in the act of burying 2 of them.
I'm still trying to find the other ones but the first two are already in the incubator. I doubt I'll get anything out of them but it's worth a try.
Yay, it's egg day for me.

The poor girl looks really tired. I'm so proud of her.

Hooray! Glad to hear it, hope they are viable. It looks like a great day today for egg laying as you read the forum.
Congratulations.

Woooot! Congratulations to you and Isis! It's so wonderful that she's still able to lay eggs! Quite the credit to you and your vet! Good luck!!
