Hows taht Rescue Retic going? Just curious
Sorry the quality is poor. My digital camera is acting strange, also I did not want to take him out. He's pretty lively now that he's regaining his strength. I took him out today to clean his cage and he wrapped around me very tight. He has shed 2 times in 1 month. When I picked him up he was in shed also so thats almost 3 sheds in one month. I have never seen any snake do this! His wound on his face is sealed and clean. You can see the blister that I took pics of last month, since he shed it has become raw. Fortunately it is clean and will probably heal up well too. He is still very thin but he is putting weight on, I can tell. Look at how nice his colors are tonight. He just swallowed a good medium sized rat and shed tonight, shed all in one piece I might add. I peeled two eye caps off when i got him, afterwards both eyes got crusty and puffed up, I was pretty upset with myself. Tonight after shedding both eyes are back to normal and perfectly clear. My goal is to keep the wounds clean and make him nice and girthy. Then I will bring him down to that guys work to show him what a little TLC can do. I can't wait for that shining moment.

here you can see his eyes, looking good. Neck looks bad but it will heal. I wonder what caused it? Im pretty happy with him. I don't know about OWNING him but he's cool for a little while

do u feed him live or did the other person because the food the person bought for him probably scrached the snake
It's not that type of thing. It started out as a blister that peeled raw after the shed. I feed dead rodents. He fed the poor thing live hoppers. I feed him medium rats.
