Last night our brand new (High Yellow) wags gave birth to ...

8 healthy snappers
2 stll absorbing yolk
1 stillborn.

She (at 17" was not supposed to be gravid.

Took four over to Underground which takes the feeding pressure off. Kept four to see what developes.

What is wild is that this Female Wag is very active (for a wag)and she attacks food with the ferocity and appetite of a Kingsnake. I am keeping the feedings down to every two weeks, but her feeding response is so strong it makes me feel guilty.

Been an interesting weekend because now my Eyelash female is looking gravid.
