Female Pied on Eggs

dreambreeder Apr 29, 2005 03:58 PM

Someone earlier asked to see a female pied on eggs, so here you go. This is a picture from last year. This girl is such a picky eater that I only got her to 1,850 grams in 18 months, and she bred and gave me 7 fertile eggs. And she has a belly full of eggs right now again this year. Because you know all those pieds are picky eaters , right? lol

Bryan,

I'm glad to see that the pair started going for you. It is always a nerve racking thing to have a nice pair of snakes that don't want to touch each other! Good luck to you... I'd wish you good odds but with a pairing like that... you DON'T need it!

Good luck anyways

Thanks Sean. Yea, I was bound and determined not to put her in with a het male this year ! My male finally got kicked in and is breeding everything that I put in with him. He just was not ready early in the season? I think he just likes testing my nerves and watching me squirm. Patience is a virtue that I am still working on ! !
