I don't know about the outerbanks but I bred a hypo brooksi to a Gulf coast Blaze this year. It was a project between me and another herper.
I really wanted to see if the hypo gene is allelic (possibly related)to the Blaze Phase. If the babies all come out normals (hets) then the Blaze Phase stock just went up in my opinion and will shut up the naysayers.
If the hypo gene IS allelic then I will have some really cool looking hypos. Either way its a win win for me

hypo goini? they all seem to lose the black w/ age .and all the red juvis seem to BLAZE but they are so variable.do people think the goini is a naturally occuring Eastern x fl.intergrade? I do!
