If it's the black rat snake, you should really let him go where you found him. They're dirt cheap, commonly bred in captivity and it's truly the ethical thing to do. It'd be the foulest $25 or so you've ever earned. (assuming that's what you're planning. If not, then my bad.)
That being said, (assuming it's another snake) if you look on the main forum page under the column "herp issues" they have a forum titled "shipping" where you can get answers.
