What has been successful for me is 2qts. of dry coarse vermiculite thoroughly mixed with 8oz. of water.Place eggs half way deep in vermiculite, place cover on box and store on shelf.I NEVER mist eggs and very seldom must I have to add water with this system. My eggs hatch in 52-61 days with mid 50's being average. 49 and 65 has been my extreme lowest and highest.I hope some of this info can be helpful to others.
