Round two for my Red house. Five eggs and she's still laying. Ben quite a weekend with the Wagler's birthing eight and the Eyelash turning up gravid....

Frank,
Just curious, but what is the size of your Red House Snake, and how big are the eggs she laid? Also, have you successfully hatched out House Snakes in the past? If so what was your strategy? I have 0.2.1 Brown House Snakes - 0.1 red phase. My female brown laid two clutches a over a year ago but I only had one hatchling survive to this day. I believe the female was too small to have been allowed to breed, but the breeder I got her from always housed her with a male. She is only about 2 1/2 feet total length. I'll probably try breeding her and the red some time in the future but I need to get my hands on a male or two.
