Lypholization equipment...

lateralis May 01, 2005 07:53 PM

Just wanted to inquire with folks who may know of reputable manufacturers. I am looking for both lab and taxidermy size models.
Thanks in advance.

Well my company actually sells one but for very tiny samples for research materials but Virtis makes very good systems for the lab. Many Taxidermists actually build their own inside if a huge sub zero cooler. It takes weeks or months to do anything of real size.

We can talk about it when we are herping in Tucson.

Cheers!

Hi Al:
Yes I spoke with Vitis, Virtis?, today, they are sending me a qoute for a small benchtop unit. Im only using it for helo and crote samples so it doesnt have to be large. Though I may take a turn at the taxidermy use too if I find a nice DOR sp.
Im heading out to AZ at the end of the week to look for Senticolas and more land. Look forwards to hooking up!
