Trimming wd nails?

local May 01, 2005 10:07 PM

ive noticed my wd nails get londer and sharper. Not as long as they curl over but still fairly long. I kow that your not supposed to cut them on the vein of the nail just before it. I was wondering do any of you trim your wd's nails and if so how?

I have had dragons for about 9 years, yes, I do trim nails. You have to or they will get too long. I simply use finger nail clippers. I either hold the dragon or set them on my leg, and clip below where you can see the "live" part of the nail. If you need help determining that part, I can try to explain it better. Good luck!
