Hello all, I am highly considering breeding a pair of cornuta and cranwelli over the summer and was hoping for some more information from those who have bred horned frogs. I have read articles on how to breed them but still have some questions...

1. How do you best mimic the rainy season? Water pump/misting/humidifier?

2. How large of a tank do you use for the tadpoles? 40? 55? 60?

3. How do you prevent deaths from canniblism? Seperate each tadpole into jars, use lots of decorative plants in the tank, or just let them munch each other?

4. Do you seperate them into cups once metamorphasised or do you keep them in the tank, each seperated by a plastic barrier with water flowing across the bottom?

5. Did you use hormones?

Thanks for any help, any links about breeding these pac would be helpful as well (although I probably already read them).

And I would fill up some large clear rubbermaids to house the tads in for about a week or two then put them 2-3 per deli cup, once the start metamorphosing them have them in seperate deli cups.
