Just wondering where you obtain your uros. I am in eastern canada but still have to find them out of ontario as there is no supplier here for anything except the occasional mali.
If you could let me know any ideas it would be appreciated.

Yeah my friends brother got the uro i'm taking care of from Pet's Unlimited (terrible store). Think it would be a mali?
Deer Fern Farms is a great supplier when it comes to quality and satisfaction. im sure others will agree

I've already emailed Doug to ask him about shipping to Canada and he told me that he's not able to do it. No deerfernfarm uros for us Canadians I'm afraid.

ack sorry! i think he only delivers U.S.
I've been to their store several times before and they're pretty honest about their animals (as to whether they are CB or WC) and try their best to keep them comfortable despite the usual confines of a pet store. They are also careful about not mixing different species together, or even mixing WC and CB animals together too. I've seen malis there but I've also seen saharans there too. There might have been others but I haven't had time to check them out much.
Here's their website, feel free to give them a call, they're nice people.

i know how difficult it is to obtain uromastyx of any species in Canada let alone captive bred! That's why I'm putting so much effort in to breeding a variety uro species. I just love them all! There's not a pet store manager in Ontario that I haven't nagged and hounded for uromastyx!(eventually it pays off!)I check the classifieds on other reptile websites regularily! I also attend the Toronto reptile expo which can sometimes be a good source for uromastyx. At the one held last Febuary Port Credit pets had several nice sudanese uros for sale. I will have captive bred saharans hatching in July if you're interested! Good luck!
