Best Size Mealworms for my Geckos?

I have adult Leos and i was wondering what size would be the best for them, and what would I used for a gutload for them?

Small or baby mealies are too tiny for adult geckos so and adult gecko can easily handle adult mealies (maybe less than an inch long). Adult leos can handle superworms just fine so large mealies are fine. Avoid "Giant" mealies as these are mealies that have been given growth hormones to increase their size and they aren't good for leos. I feed mealies on a mix of dry baby rice cereal, dry baby barley cereal, powdered milk, wheat germ, dry oatmeal, and a dash of Miner-all vitamin/mineral supplement.
