My butter laid her eggs outside of the lay box and I didn't find them right away. It was the weekend from hell (I'm getting married next month) and I didn't check her for three days because she really didn't look ready to lay. My fiance removed her shed about a week ago and forgot to write it down. Anyway, they are extremely dehydrated and dented in. I removed them and put them in damp vermiculite with a damp paper towel over them. Is there a chance any of them will survive? I checked them this morning and I don't see any change. I'm feeling pretty stupid right now and I think I will probably check all my girls twice a day now.
