Squig basking in his new cage

kristinL568 Jul 11, 2003 03:14 PM

Squig is really starting to turn blue. A nice pale blue on his head & shoulders & a darker blue on his hind legs & tail. Unfortunately the camera doesn't pick up on this very well. I need to go get some of those clear, not so yellowy incandescent bulbs.

I love the way Squig has turned out, I have known him a long time now, Hheehe, and he has turned into quite a handome male collared.
And I agree he needs a wife, so that they can pass on that awesome pale blue color of his, to baby Squigs and squigettes, Eve

I think he likes it. He's still a little disoriented though. I got him to eat today. Yesterday, when I moved him in, he totally ignored the crickets. He was busy spazzing out. After which he promptly called in one of his caves & fell asleep. It was funny. I can't wait to get him a mate to share his new home with. It looks a lot better after I moved the cacti & his barrel in.
