if i was to begin breeding out morphs and wanted to make some money out of it, then what would be a good way to start? how about some albino: caramel hets? (5000 for a pair of hets) and one homozygous sells for about 15000

Just a whole lotta blood, sweat and tears.

Just like Tosha said their is no easy way or cheap ways. The most sensible way is start off with a pastel male and as many big females as you can afford. Breed the pastel and sell off his offspring. Use the profit from the sales to get into other morphs you like.

The other option is to mortgage your house. LOL

First expect to come out minus money no matter how you look at it. Making a lot of cash in this business is tough unless you are one of the big dogs. Buying lower end co-dom morphs and trading the offspring for whatever you like is probably your best bet. I know people don't want to hear this but I can pick up a handful of pastels for $500 each right now, albino males for 1600, maybe less. I know that a lot will sell for more, but for a first time breeder don't expect to sell your babies for more than that, and don't expect to sell hets at all. If you want to make money hold back every single female you ever produce, you should start seeing cash results in about six years. Have fun doing it and remember that they are just snakes and don't quit your day job.

The cheapest way to breed morphs is to just put the male in the female's cage!
