OK is it just me or is anyone else concerned about the term "pocket pets"... something about that just don't seem right. and as for the "no perfectly safe pet"... what about goldfish???

I'm not even going to comment on the "don't kiss your pet" comment... leaves too much open for interpetation...

I had a 45-gallon goldfish tank leak all over my kitchen!
So no, there are no safe pets.

my brother dropped it through the glass coffee table. I agree there is no 100% safe pet! LOL

LOL just the weight from a pet rock is enough to make it an unsafe pet.

I had a pet red brick once as a child. Where it landed will remain a mystery...

Improperly kept animals (spoken with a smile) are not dangerous... it is the owner that is dangerous. So it is not the goldfish that was dangerous, it was you (again spoken with a smile). As for the pet rock... those are dangerous.

WOW!! And I thought you were gonna put something like "cause you might get attached to the rodent, thus keeping a meal from your reptile" That is pretty serious business though.

in which case they would be a pretty screwed up person to kiss the rodent before feeding it to his snake.

ginebig May 06, 2005 11:22 PM

LOL, you're smack dab in the middle of a room full of pretty strange people. Also, I'd guess as many feed live as F/T or prekilled. Just a guess though.
