BT babys out of season now?

I posted this over on the BT/WT board, but it's kinda dead over there. So anyways, a friend of mine is interested in getting a BT/WT baby, but I told him they are out of season now and he'll have to wait til this coming winter. Am I right or are they hatched out yr round or something of that nature?
