If you click the link below it will take you to a website that sells the liquid vitamin B that I use. Since vitamin B is water soluable - you can't over dose on it. It's just the added ingredients that can harm your beardie. Watch out for high amounts of vitamin A or E. Too much of those vitamins can be harmful.

Where do you buy this Nature's Bounty Liquid Vitamin B-Complex? Since I am coming to USA I might buy some.

Another way to add B vitamins to your beardies diet is to sprinkle a little Brewer's Yeast on the salad. It's high in B vitamins and protien.
