Have you ever seen...........

.......a snake try to eat his water bowl?? Just a little while ago I opened the top to my male mex black's tub and he was licking his chops like he was going to be fed. After nothing dropped in he proceded to bite and hold onto the edge of his water bowl and even try to constrict it. I tried to get my camera, but was to late. I posted a few days ago asking about Kings with strong feeding responses and what to do so that they don't bite.....Well after seeing that I don't think any soap, sanitizer or hand cream will make a difference. This is one greedy snake! Here are a couple of pics of his sister and of my 03' Gray band male. I am new to kings, but I see many more in my future. Sorry if the pics come out too large.

Can't say that I've ever seen any of mine try to eat their waterbowl. Nice Grey-band. Your alterna looks alot like mine. Even down to the neck region with the grey coloration coming through the orange. Nice animals. Here's my 03 alterna.
