But there are allways some nice cresteds there. I went to look today to pick up a few and the first store had a NICE red fire...I should have probably picked him up...but he was extreamly underweight and I didn't want to deal with it. (Besides...who knows what he was sick with). The other store had a beautiful male dark harly (I'll get pics I promise) and a little bright yellow dalmation. The harly is DARK I mean chocolate chocolate chocolate, but when I got him home and opened the box he was a really nice olive color. I'm excited about him. The little yellow dalmation was orange when I opened his/her box...also excited about that one. Cant wait to see what the dal is going to look like full grown...hope it turns out to be a female!

I think I'm going to stop at Petsmart tomarrow too and see what they have....they've normally got pretty nice animals also.

i got a killer female yellow fire from the local petsmart a while back for a mere $45. sometimes they run into problems with some of them and adopt them out rather than selling them, especially if one loses a tail. awesome place to get some killer cresteds at a cheap price, sometimes sub-adult females too. gotta be careful though as their husbandry can be lacking. luckily locally, i have friends that are really concerned with husbandry and always make whats best for the animals.
