That's a relatively short trip. Hopefully, she's healthy, and the stress will be minimal.
Keep her snout secured shut, keep her in a very dark box with air holes, and don't let her get too chilly. It is also helpful, depending on the construction of the box, to provide some kind of cushioning (ie: towels, pillow, foam pads) so that if she thrashes she won't injure herself against the sides of the box.
Another option is to keep her in a large zippered canvas bag, with some 'thrash space' around her.
Of course, another stress related issue is her adjusting to her new home. It is probably a good idea to give her plenty of privacy, and try to conduct feeding and other contact in a similar manner to what she's used to. It may have to be minimal, so you'll have to experiment. The change in surroundings can be a real stressor. Make her as comfy as possible...
