Ptyas and Spilotes teeth

jonasgn May 08, 2005 04:52 AM

Hello
Does any of you know if Ptyas and Spilotes have enlarged rearfangs?
I know that Ptyas have venomglands, but what about Spilotes?
Thanks a lot
Jonas Norit

My thoughts was that spilotus pullatus had no venom glands and is purely aglyph.
