i have a fist sized goliath frog that i got as a pixie frog in an internet mixup , ive had him about a year and he's always been incredibly shy and explosively scareable , he's in a 4 foot tank in 10 inches of water , with partial changes weekly, all aged and treated water , ive been keeping herps a long time and know the correct way of maintaining tanks , and trying to recreate natural environments as much as possible, so i know its nothing ive done wrong , but he has over the last two days developed an open sore on his hind leg/cloacal region, there is no fungus growing on him just a sore that has deepend rapidly , ive treated him with bsb solution ,but just wondering if any other aquatic frog keepers have any other tips,
i really dont want to lose this fella as he's hard to come by and a pleasure to keep,
i did have two feeder sized goldfish in with him for a little while, took them out today , and also wondering if any one has ever had problems with murdering goldfish?
