egg crates

who uses egg crates in their set-ups? how have you found them to be for rhacs? how often do you change them?

I use them and Love them they work great for rhacs and bugs I change them about every month or when they need to be changed. Go to acreptiles.com for more info on them I buy mine from carnivourous orchid they are cheaper than ACreptiles.
