Can you identify?

This looks to be a Western Collard, looks gravid, a friend captured this and it was around the Tuscon area. It's a real bueaty, if it is gravid, what's your recommendation with respect to the vermiculite water to substrate ratio for hatching eggs? I would assume 84 degrees as a good recommendation incubate. Thanks!!!

I never meaure water or vermiculite. I just put water in and wring it back out. So it's fluffy :P
