This guy was found back in mid april at Whitewater-about 2 feet from him a red spotted toad came hopping off the side of the road.I'll post its pic next.Hopefully you enjoy some of the pics,

Hi,
I've always loved the amphibians too,but havnt always best at knowing the ssp of them at all.But I think this is a red spotted toad..?,if not i'd appreciate it if soemone would let me know,thanks,

PS-I took pics of about 4 or 5 different ones through out the night,but this was one of the few that didnt come out all washed out.

I've seen more of these this early spring in the mtns than the last few years.Due to all the rain and snow we've had in the mtns.The other day,I saw over 30 of them throughout the day.Under rock there were 5 babys,I love seeing things like that.
