I'm probably wrong, but possibly Bungarus fasciatus neonate.

This is a species of Madagascar Vine Snake. they are small (probably under 3')and very delicate. They feed on frogs and geckos though mine ate an anole. Probably would do best in a frog type terrarium (mine didn't make it-poss due to lack of AC at the time).

Wow, those are fascinating. Never seen them before. There isn't much info as far as I can see concerning this genus.

It is unfortunate that information about them in hard to find. They eat mainly frog eggs and a particular species of frogs.
After assist feeding tree frogs for a month, this gal takes frogs from my fingers like cookies.
