I currently have a 200 gallon aquarium that I plan to use for Anoles. How many could I sustain in an enclosure of this size? Would it be possible to house more then one male with all of the available space for them to avoid eachother?

It may be possible but it's not wise to attempt it until you've had at least 6 months of experience with 1 male and a few females. If you get another male you may need another tank handy in case things go bad. Regardless of the number of males you will need more than 1 basking spot in a tank that large. The most total anoles I would house in a tank that size is 20.
If you perhaps set up 2 or 3 differen't 'trees' each with their own basking spot and have a visual barrier inbetween each one it may be easy to have 2 or 3 males (depending of the number of trees). I discourage housing more than 1 male in a tank but I think it's possible because I've done it successfully. This was by accident mind you but nevertheless I didn't have any problems. The hardest part is ensuring that every anole gets a meal without having to compete too much.
Hi,
That is really neat you have a 200 gallon. I think it would be cool to do just one anole in that size. I have a 50 gallon with one in it and he seems to thrive well. From what I have researched they enjoy having all of the terrian to them selves kind of like they are in the wild. Correct me if I am wrong. Please send pics when you get it set up!
