Question on Cinnamon Pasels

iiilovetooibs May 09, 2005 07:15 PM

Now I have seen these guys a few times but they don't stick out that much. I have a few babies I picked out from imports that look very close to these cinnamons. Can someone tell me how you can tell. Certain things to look for etc... Thanks a ton.

Cinnamon Pastels have clear bellys, wierd aberrant patterns kinda like a mojaves pattern, and a cinnamon colored head. Do you have any pics??? Hope This Helps Scott Glover

Take a good look at the person you bought them from. If he looks like an idiot, there is a good chance you might have one.LOL

Sorry, I just can't help it.

Here is some help. Go to Constrictors Unlimited or Ralph Davis reptiles and look at them. They don't give you much text, but they give good pics.

Hi,
I would have to agree with the above post... lol its funny but its true. These guys in africa know there stuff, think of it like... At your job they told you for every "normal" thing you found you would get 10 cents, but for every "Cinnamon" thing you found you would get $2000 (and in ghana thats a LOT of money). Dont you think you would look REALLY REALLY HARD! Thats why nothing cool slips through anymore. Amir did it in the lucky days when no one knew anything, now he pays for the good stuff like everyone else. I go through tons and tons every year and still end up buying the "special ones" at a premium. Once in a while you will find something really neat, but very rarely these days cause it would mean... someone in africa screwed up, some importer screwed up... and who ever sold you the animal screwed up and dont forget all the guys down here like amir and i and ben and mike lol who go through almost everything... SCREWED UP.

So in closing heres some cinnamon pics to help you out... I do have an adult w.c. ill take pics of soon and send you so that may help to. (you could acually just tell me who you got it from and i could probably tell you if it is or isnt)
