Interesting. Does the female know not to rotate the eggs? Of course, why shouldn't we rotate the eggs?

yes female knows not to rotate them.....

eggs can be rolled or moved around right after they are laid......she laid them....at her leisure and comfort......then she gathered them all up like a fat lttle chicken and sat on them........pretty common.........also common that they might miss one or more and not see it ......would it die in the wild?........maybe a better chance it would....would they roll them around later ,,like a day or so later and maybe kill it?....maybe...

good luck all......

what's in your wallet.......?.I mean......Rich.what's in these eggs?.............

That's what I theorize. There is a time window in which the eggs can be safely rotated. How long is that window, I don't know.

Two of the only eight eggs i have thus far...were rolled pretty badly when i lifted her off of them.I was hoping for that "window" myself at that moment.

They all ~seem ok...
