88-91 and 100%.

But don't kill yourself trying to maintain 100% humidity. It's a good target but as long as your eggs remain full and healthy looking, you most likely have enough humidity. I like to shoot for 89 on the temps. That way, you have a safe zone for fluctuating temps.
