If i crushed Centrum (extra Performance) in my coffe grinder would that be an OK vitamin source for my lizards?

In my opinion, I don't think it would be a good idea. Like I said how would you figure out how much to give, not to overdose on any certain vitamin?
Too much of a vitamin can be just as bad as a lack of.
These are made with people in mind. I think our needs are different than a lizards, as are their needs different than ours.
Just buy some reptile vitties , play it safe

I agree with Eve on this, unless it's iguanas your dosing. Mellisa Kaplan has a site, sorry I don't have the URL handy, and in the iguana section she suggests giving one crushed one a day vitamin mixed with the veggies per day. I've done this with mine for about six months now with no apparent ill effects.
