what do yall think og my iggy good bad??

bad, you can see his bones in his tail, at the base. feed him lots more...
thats an old pic
Your iggy does look very thin there. If that's an old picture, then perhaps you should post a new one. More importantly, though, how are you feeding and housing your ig? Have you brought her to a vet for a fecal exam to check for parasites? Does she have both basking and UVB lights?

as soon as i get a new pic ill post it.and she has gone to the vet and i clean. and has proper lighting, also i feed her alot.probably more then im supposed to.if u look in her cage u cann see that her food and water bowl is always fulland she has grown in lenght and i guess u can call it body?she has gained a lil bit of weight.
There's no such thing as feeding an ig too much, as long as you're giving them the right kind of food. So don't worry about that.
Growing is always a good sign, too. What kind of cage is she in, and how big is it? What kind of lights have you got for her?

LETTUCE? thats a HUGE no no!!!! get her proper greens like escarole, dandelion, hibiscus leaves, collard, mustard, and turnip greens!!! and squashes, summer squash, acorn, and green beans and a little okra and sweet potato!! GOOD things to eat! no wonder she looks thin! she is only getting lettuce. she needs a UVB light! reptisun 5.0 is a wonderful brand. ALSO get Iguanas for Dummies by melissa kalpan (Aka ph meliss on this site) and www.anapsid.org or even www.greenigsociety.org and read the stuff on their sites about food and housing!

yeah lettuce is a big no it has no nutricanal value a lil here and there MIXED WITH THE RIGHT GREENS is ok because lettuce is basiclly all water!!
Well, a 6 ft. cage is nice. What are the other dimensions, though? Anyway, she NEEDS a heat lamp AND a UVB bulb. Iguana Light 5.0 or ReptiSun 5.0 are good ones, and they usually aren't too expensive. If you can't find one of those in a pet store near you, you can order them online. A full-spectrum bulb does NOT provide UVB. UVB is essential to allow them to absorb the calcium in their diet. Sounds like she doesn't have any calcium in her diet anyway right now, though.
I recommend you take a trip to the supermarket and find some collards, mustard greens, turnip greens, dandelions, escarole, etc. You don't need all at once, just get a few - whichever ones look freshest while you're there. Collards are great; they have loads of calcium, and they're usually in good shape in the supermarket. These greens should be about 60-65% of an iguana's diet. Add to that some other vegetables, like green beans, snow peas, an orange colored squash, yam. A lot of iggies really like the squash and yam a lot. Veggies should be about 30% of the diet. Last, you can include some fruit, either put a little in with the rest of the salad, or feed it as treats. You can use various berries, like strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, etc. A little apple is also okay. Stay away from citrus fruits and tomato, because they have too much acid. You can get more information about diet at www.iguanaden.com and it would be a good idea to get a good book on iguanas. You may already have a book, but unfortunately, a lot of ig books just aren't very good. I recommend James W. Hatfield III's " Green Iguana Ultimate Owner's Manual." Melissa Kaplan's "Iguanas for Dummies" is also supposed to be good, but I've never actually read it myself.

Heat lamps OR uvb lights? without uvb nothing you are feeding her will give her calcium or let her absorb her vitamins. Berries and fruits should be no more than 10% of an igs diet and if the only greens she is getting is lettuce then there is no way she is healthy. she needs GOOD greens and snap beans and squashes. Read the webpages I gave you. will help you AND your ig in the long run. Also, pick up the book. will help more than the pages will.

Greens should be about 90% of an Ig's diet. Greens like Collard, Mustard & turnip greens. Greens are the staple though. Supplement the other 10% w/fruit veggie mix.
Therefore if 90% of her diet being lettuce, it's not surprising she's thin. Imagine, as a loose parallel, feeding a human child 90% water and 10% food.

lil bit down in the forum u posted that pic and said that u just figured out how to use the camera....
< < Here's a pic of my ig...Fluffy! Just learning how to use the camera.
wouldnt that make it a new pic? ..... looks like sum1s just tryin to save face

Based on the photo you posted, the iguana looks very skinny and somewhat dehydrated.
There is really no way to say anything helpful, however, without knowing something about the iguana and your care:
How old is the iguana?
How long have you had her?
What is her SVL? STL? Weight?
If she was adopted/rescued, what was her prior home/care like?
What are you feeding her now? Is this different than what you were feeding her when you first got her?
What are her temps day? night?
Enclosure size?
Having this information better enables us to make more helpful observations and suggestions...
