Gravid Garter ?

I have a Wandering Garter that i think is gravid,she has gotten bigger in the past three weeks,she has skipped her last two feedings,she normally eats 1-2x a week.Any advice would be great, not sure if this is common for gravid females and i am not sure what to expect next.
