What do you think?

I have a friend who wants to get a boa & is not sure which to get(I have a BRB & Spotted Python myself, she wants something different) Any ideas as to what she should look into? She wants a boa that is going to stay fairly small... no more than 6-8ft(would prefer the smaller end of that). Something that has a good temperment, and not an expensive snake to purchase. We will be researching them ourselves too but just curious what boa owners think are good ones to get.
Thanks for the input!!!

Dumerils boa would be worth looking into... they dont get huge (like 6-8ft depending on sex) and they dont grow as fast so she has more time to adapt to it. They have a pretty decent temperment, I had one and he wasnt mean but very timid. He was very easily scared, and we all know what snakes do when they get scared. If you want somthing a little smaller Id go with a Dumeril and just dont feed it very heavy.

I figure just a regular male Colombian Boa. Stays on the smaller end of that, great temperment, great eaters, and all around great snake.

A Hog Island Boa stays smaller.
Have fun with whichever you decide!
