~~Breeding a pure kingsnake to pure cornsnake........
Do the F1 babies show characteristics of both a cornsnake and a kingsnake as a hybrid?
The first generation shows characteristics of both parents
F1 jungle corn pair (coastal phase X corn)

F1 jungle corn female (desert phase X corn)

~~Or........Do they look like regular corns or kings and you have to wait to breed the F1 babies to each other with the hybrid jungles showing up in the F2 babies?
I have yet to see an F2 jungle but i have owned an F3 which resemble the corn more than the king. i figure with the f2 generation you'd end up with with some resembling a corns with a hint og king, some resembling kings with a hint of corn, and some showing a "stronger combination"
F3 jungle corn female

~~If F1 babies do show hybrid characteristics as a Jungle corn.....
What percentage of the babies are Jungle Corn hyrids and what percentage are cornsnake hets or kingsnake hets?
Corn hets or king hets???? no such thing... if you back breed to either parent then the offspring would resemble the parent you bred it back to.
~~I'm curious because I had my desert phase black/white banded california king and my female Okeetee Abbott line corn together last night, but they haven't hooked up yet.
I think you need to use some "trickery" here... the male won't hook up with her b-cuz she doesn't smell like a king so you may just need so get a female kingsnake in there to stimulate him... and if the female is reluctant you may need to introduce a male corn
Both F1's, but very different

hope that helped
