New albino

mdc Jul 11, 2003 08:53 PM

Hi everyone,
This guy finally arrived this Tuesday. He was produced from a striped albino father and a double het striped albino mother. That makes him albino het stripe or possibly a striped albino with that tail. Only time will tell. Sorry about the bad pic, but he wouldn't hold still and I'm a bad photographer. Hope you enjoy the pic.

Killer albino, I loved the striped line. I just reserved a het albino, 66% het striped male for myself. Where did you get him?

I got him from Pete Kahl. He hasn't even gone through his second shed yet, he's not even a month old. I expect his color to get even better. Here is a pic of my female striper, 66% het albino and my male salmon, 100% het stripe, 66% het albino. I hope to produce my own striped albinos and hopefully some striped sunglows in the next few years.

The male I am getting is from Pete too, he has the nicest albinos in my opinion, although he did start it. Here is a pic of my male hypo prob het sunglow. Just found out he is a he, that threw my breeding projects for a loop.
