what produces black balls?

I've seen these a few times and was wondering what will produce one. How much is market value for one?

Actually it's the homozygous form of the Cinnamon Pastels. As far as price, I would just imagine very very expensive, they are not generally available, some have been sold/traded but I don't know the price.
