Twice, I have seen my six foot female pulse her body, where the entire body tightens up and then raises up real quick. It kind of looks like she is trying to get something out. And its not babies cause she has never met a male. What do you think is happening? Thanks.

maybe she is trying to pass a hard stool?
Try giving her a soak in warm water to get things going.
If that's not it, I have no idea and would recommend a vet visit.
Hope she's ok...
