Styrofoam Rock Wall

lsquared May 12, 2005 01:47 AM

I plan on making a styrofoam rock wall for my beardies cage. I'm sure this topic has been covered many time but i am new to the site and can't find much info. I have a basic idea of what i am going to do i was just wondering what most people use to cut the styrofoam with and give its it shape, im not worried about texture because i will be using a sandy textured paint. If anyone has any info or links that would help me out it would be much appreciated, thanks.

With a few tools styro is easy to work and shape. Check out your local thrift shops for electric carving knives. These are indespesible for initail shaping. Any kind of orbital sander can fine tune your shapes be certain to wear a respriator when doing this.
