"anery" and app special pyros

rtdunham May 12, 2005 12:55 PM

thought i'd posted this last week but can't find it here. if this is a duplicate forgive me.

i paired these two last year (yielded only 1.2) and again this year, i'm hoping for better results this time. I found them lying together and thought it made an interesting family portrait. The eventual double-morph would be an animal with only two colors--white, like the app special, and pink/orange/tan/violet whatever you call the altered "red" area from the anery (which, yes, is really hypoerythristic).

Pyro projects are attracting increasing numbers of enthusiasts due to the emergence of so many new and different recessive morphs--these two, plus two types of hypos (and perhaps now a third), and amels as well.

what do you think is the most descriptive label for the color of the hypoerythristic?

peach comes to mind. salmon's maybe more accurate. any other ideas? i appreciate your help.
