just to cover basics and because I am just feeling lost...babies typically eat just like older beardies right??? they eat alot just much smaller insects??oh, I also have a river rock I will hopefully be able to place in the babies tank...I have one for Smaug and they really retain heat well...

Hi Denise - I was just going to post an inquiry as to L.O.'s status. I can only go by Darwin: 3 months old, got him at 7 weeks, eats silkworms, crickets, bok choy (loves it) and a few other veggies from my fingers.

Did you get your mini-superworms order? is he eating them? Did you order silkworms?

I did order mini superworms, were supposed to be shipped overnight which I paid extra for of course to have them here today,,,they didn't come in, helps that I work at the post office so I don't have to wait wondering all day...called when I got home, they're supposed to be here tomorrow...but the good news is he ate today...apparently he'll eat only if I just dump some crix in his tank...he went after them with gusto...I'm so happy...

had you been bowl feeding? Darwin bowl fed for about a week or so but much preferred hunting - figure he gets a bit more exercise, too! Very glad that your guy is eating!!

Glad to hear he's eating, Denise. He just went right after them when you dumped them in? lol...they're little buggers. Let me know how the mini superworms work out. I'm currently feeding silkies but I'd like to try the minis for Quita as a treat. Thanks!

just like that he went after it...I think he knows with the screen top on noone can get to him...Smaug was like that at first... I'll let you know about the superworms since they just got here...
