This is one I held keep from last year- it came from a female that is very dark & the male is almost a patternless green. This one is very aggressive. Choose not to hibernate her last year(born in September) She has 5 rattles already. Hope you like the pics-comments welcome
need a better camera - only 2.0mega pixels

Jerry, Nice I haven't seen any v.oreganus like that befor. Looks like it feeds well. What area did it come from?

The parents were wild caught from El Sobrante & Pinole, CA. This one eats like a PIG-at least 2 adult mice per week. As soon as the male sheds I'll post a pic : )
